The Opportunity: Based in Hong Kong, working for the CIO, as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) you will be responsible for leading our Engineering teams, technology strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful development and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions. You will play a key role in shaping the company's technology roadmap, overseeing the technical team, and ensuring that our technology infrastructure supports our business goals and objectives. What you will be doing:

• Develop and maintain a Global technology strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and objectives
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions that enhance the company’s product offerings and customer experience
• Lead, manage and mentor a team of software engineers and other technical professionals across multiple geographies to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget
• Oversee the company's technology infrastructure, including security, scalability, and reliability of systems and applications
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure that the company remains at the forefront of innovation in the fintech and payments space
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, operations, and business development, to drive innovation and deliver integrated solutions
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with technology partners, vendors, and external stakeholders to support the company's growth and success
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to technology and data security
