  • Partner people with lived experience, their families, carers and significant others; service providers and other stakeholders across sectors; and communities across Queensland
  • Work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary team in a variety of settings - Inpatient, community, residential and outreach
  • Support people across the lifespan from perinatal, child and adolescence, adult or older persons
  • Work across different streams of care – Alcohol and Other Drug Services (AODS), Mental Health, Crisis Support, Child and Youth, Forensic, Rehabilitation
Queensland Health has a total of 16 hospital and health services, in metropolitan, regional, rural and remote, and coastal areas across the state. The roles available will be widespread across 16 Health Services which include:
  • Cairns and Hinterland
  • Children's Health
  • Central Queensland
  • Central West 
  • Darling Downs
  • Gold Coast
  • Metro North
  • Metro South
  • Mackay
  • North West 
  • South West
  • Sunshine Coast
  • Torres and Cape
  • Townsville
  • Wide Bay 
  • West Moreton

To be considered We are encouraging applications from suitability qualified Mental Health and Alcohol & Other Drug Allied Health Clinicians with experience across a broad range of specialities for job opportunities on either a full time or part time basis. To be considered for these opportunities, you must have the following:
  • Minimum 12 months demonstrated experience in your clinical area of expertise
  • Relevant qualifications and the ability to provide registration AHPRA/ or eligibility for memberships for your professional association as appropriate to your discipline (i.e., AASW) Ability to provide vaccination evidence
