- Assist in the planning and execution of events, including venue selection, logistics coordination, and on-site support
- Prepare marketing collaterals such as brochures and flyers to support marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Contribute to content creation for various platforms, including email campaigns, social media, and website updates
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing marketing materials
- Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned by senior staff
- Able to work half a day on weekdays regularly
- Tertiary-level education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Working experience in a marketing role is preferred but not a must
- Strong PC skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in English and Chinese with strong communication skills
- Experience in content copywriting and video editing is preferred
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, responsible, and self-motivated
- Able to work half a day on weekdays regularly.
- Tertiary-level education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1 year or more working experience in a marketing role is preferred
- Strong PC skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in English and Chinese with strong communication skills
