Job responsibilities● New Client Engagement & Relationship Buildingo Initiate and nurture strong, long-term partnerships with clients,understanding and aligning with their unique needs and objectives.o Conduct comprehensive consultations and gap analyses to tailor ourservices for maximum impact.o Lead product demonstrations, highlighting the benefits and features ofour solutions.● Client Onboarding & Setupo Manage the configuration and setup of new client systems, ensuring aseamless transition.o Deliver targeted training sessions to empower clients with theknowledge to utilize our solutions effectively.o Oversee data migration processes, guaranteeing a smooth onboardingexperience.● Ongoing Assistance & Supporto Provide continuous support post-launch, monitoring usage andsatisfaction to enhance client productivity in partnership with oursolutions.o Work collaboratively across teams to meet and exceed clientexpectations.● Country Leadershipo As the Country Lead for Malaysia, be responsible for leading andexpanding the FR8Labs Malaysian team, including hiring, coaching ourMalaysian team,and assisting to grow Fr8Lab’s market share and brand presencelocally. o Represent Fr8labs in Malaysia, driving initiatives that align withregional goals and company-wide objectives.o Cultivate a strong network within the local logistics and techecosystems to support Fr8labs’ expansion.Job Requirements ● Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.● A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, accountmanagement, or a similar customer-facing role, with a proven track recordof building positive relationships.● Leadership experience, particularly in setting strategic directionsand managing operations in Malaysia is a bonus● Experience in freight forwarding business and any other logisticsindustry is a plus.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a good commandof English.
