Job DescriptionWhat you'll do:Actively engage with customers to understand their business objectives and howMicrosoft 365 can support their goals.Educate customers on Microsoft 365 products and services, guiding them on bestpractices for improving productivity and collaboration.Assist customers in evaluating the potential benefits of a Microsoft 365 subscription,providing personalized recommendations and tailored demos.Advise on different subscription plans and features, helping customers choose the bestoption for their needs and budget.Guide customers through new subscriptions or enhancing existing ones, including step-by-step instructions and troubleshooting.Stay updated on the latest Microsoft 365 updates and enhancements, and communicatethese effectively to customers.Document technical issues and solutions in a knowledge base.Collaborate with other technical support engineers to resolve complex technical issues.Ensure a high level of customer success, with a focus on moving customers from graceperiod to perpetual usage and increasing license utilization.QualificationsQualifications:Technical advisory or implementation experience in a Microsoft 365 environment.Strong consultative and chat communication skills, emphasizing clarity, empathy, andprofessionalism.Preferred certifications: MVP, MCT, MCSA, MCSE (not mandatory).RAVE experience (a plus but not required). Additional InformationDevice Specifications:Computer that is not joined to another company's domain, neither managed by any remote management - inventory systems or toolsWindows 10 Pro (latest updates installed)Minimum of 8 GB RAM (16 is recommended)Core i3 processor (i5 is recommended)Minimum of 256GB Hard disk (256 SSD is recommended)LAN (local access network) requiredFor security requirements, freelancers will not connect to the provided systems and tools using WiFi.A minimum of 25 Mbps download speed & 10 Mbps upload speedNo 3rd-party antivirus software installedMedia devices that are Teams compliantMicrophone/headset with background noise canceling (not a phone headset)Webcam, preferably compatible with Windows Hello Technology All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.The hired candidates will be paid on a fixed pay, for tickets assigned/solved.
