This role will support the brands Elta MD, PCA Skin, and Filorga.Role:Identify and develop new technologies to drive innovation and address unmet consumer needsIdentify new forms or modes that improve skin health and skin treatment experience and develop them into product prototypesDevelop test methods and demos with bioinstruments to illustrate mechanism of action and provide scientific support on products performanceCommunicate with technical and business partners to provide updates and address key concernsIdentify and lead collaboration effort with external partners/suppliersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goalsRequired Qualifications:Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Biology3+ years post graduate technical experiences working with skin care products for a senior scientist, 7+ years for PrincipalExperienced with optical imaging technologies like RCM and MPT Preferred Qualifications:Strong skills in problem solving, project management and execution, communication (written/verbal) and collaborationExperienced with skin clinical study and clinical innovation Knowledge of in-vitro and ex-vivo skin test modelsKnowledge of beauty device development Knowledge of computational biology Compensation and BenefitsSalary Range $ - $ USDPay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location.
