Software Development Project Manager

Z-Tech, a tech startup that's working in conjunction with an established National US company, is looking for a full-time Project Manager that can lead a team of Agile software, web/application developers along with UI/UX. Your main responsibility is making sure your team is happy and excited to work on the projects you delegate to them. You're responsible for making sure the workplace and culture is a fun and energetic place. The Project Manager is a central information resource and has the overall accountability for the successful delivery of projects. The Project Manager must have the ability to thoroughly understand the solution and agile assets in order to translate client business into working software solutions. Especially in the areas of teamwork and influencing skills, and the ability to facilitate dynamic meetings and discussions.Meetings should be planned with previously distributed agenda.
