Title: Treasury Execution & OperationsPlace of work: StellenboschReporting to: Group CFOWe are recruiting a new role within a group finance team to assume ownership and responsibility of all execution of treasury operations across the group.The ideal candidate must balance financial diligence with entrepreneurial energy, be analytically adept, and have a passion for African business. A healthy spirit of adventure and sense of humor would be helpful. Flexibility to travel will be required.Minimum Requirements: Postgraduate Degree in Finance, Engineering or similar;Corporate treasury experience for 5+ years is a must for this position;Lending industry experience not required;Flexibility for occasional travel;Passion for Africa and willingness to work in the developing worldDuties and Responsibilities: Set up ALM process and systems, including review of current treasury strategy;Executing accurately against the defined treasury strategy;Group wide liquidity management and cash forecasting oversight, in partnership with subsidiary finance teams;Reviewing of legal agreements; Compliance within lending arrangements (eg covenants); internal and external reporting;Continuous operational improvement across all treasury functions;Foreign currency exposure riskKindly send your CV with motivation and salary expectation to dorei@silkroadconsult.co.za
