Confidential Head of People, Vancouver, British Columbia.We are leading a confidential search for a Vancouver-based Head of People & Culture role, reporting to the CEO. While the company is < 1,000 colleagues today their impact is global and their clients are world-class. The right person will need to balance 3 critical priorities: 1) evaluating the current P&C function and driving changes in support of the business outcomes, 2) building capabilities to support the organization's commitment to high-performance and accountability, and 3) being a thoughtful leader and problem solver as part of the senior leadership team.
