Home Office Accounting Accounts Payable - AP Junior Tuesday, May 7, 2024 We are currently hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Accounting and Finance team. Responsibilities Review, input, and complete payment cycle for various vendor invoices, including quick pay vendors. Analyze, code, enter and prepare cheques for Race expenses. Process, match and code property administration, repairs and maintenance invoices and utility billings. Reconciliations such as vendor/supplier statements. Prepare month-end accounting accruals. Respond to inquiries from external and internal sources. Other related duties as required. Required Skills and Qualifications Completed or enrolled in an accounting certificate or diploma or have equivalent experience. Proficient at problem solving and attention to detail. Experience with MS Office. Ability to work in a team environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics GP or other accounting software is an asset.
