Our concept offers the modern business traveller a comfortable home combined with the service and luxury of a hotel.ABOUT THE JOB:Improving service desk efficiency and customer satisfaction by evaluating and enhancing processes.Lead, mentor, and motivate the service desk team for consistent high-quality customer support.Foster transparent and collaborative communication among the service desk team, other in-house teams, management, and outsourced partners.Maintain a 24/7 service community with a positive attitude and ensure team compliance with agreements and KPIs.Manage multiple locations, fostering team spirit and strategic oversight for growth.Drive innovation for internal efficiency, scalability, and external product/service improvements.Efficiently handle projects and challenges, presenting optimal solutions.Can be both a team leader (Operations Department) and a team player (Management) and contributes to cross-departmental matters.WHO YOU ARE:We're looking for an enthusiastic, curious, and proactive talent with excellent communication skills.
