Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall management on Middle Office, support front office from pre-trade & post trade compliance monitoring, deal booking to post trade checking. Ensure all investment trades and all settlement issues are handled properly
- Monitor the team on regular investment reports, including investment transaction record, bond risk rating, asset price variation, security suspension, etc
- Responsible for maintaining the investment trading system and parameter settings
- Provide support to front office, operation division and sales&marketing division on analytical reports related to fund and portfolio returns and statistics data, including trade-related issue, liquidity management and clients' requirement
- Team building and providing guidance and oversight to team members
- Ad hoc projects as assigned by the Company
- Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Management Information Systems or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years of solid experiences in finance / banking or non-banking field with sound knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry trends
- Proficiency in Computer such as Excel, Bloomberg, Python, R
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for junior position
