Responsibilities:

  6. Stay updated on regulatory changes and compliance requirements in the insurance industry, ensuring our business operations align with legal and ethical standards.
  7. Leverage digital technologies and advancements to enhance customer experience, streamline processes, and drive digital sales in the insurance sector.
  8. Monitor key performance indicators, financial metrics, and market trends to evaluate the success of business strategies and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
  9. Provide strategic guidance and expertise to senior leadership, presenting findings, insights, and recommendations to drive informed decision-making.
  10. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development in insurance business strategy.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
  2. Proven track record in developing and implementing successful business strategies in the insurance industry.
  3. In-depth knowledge of the insurance landscape, including market dynamics, emerging trends, and regulatory environment.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
  6. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence key decision-makers.
  7. Familiarity with digital technologies and their application in the insurance sector.
