FX Trader, Asian Bank Your new company Our client is a leading bank in Asia who is seeking an experienced FX Trader to join our dynamic Global Markets team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting proprietary trading of FX products, providing market insights and analyses, and contributing to the bank's financial targets. Your new role
- Execute profitable proprietary trades across a range of FX products
- Develop and share market forecasts, as well as in-depth analyses of key news and events
- Work closely with the team to maximize the bank's trading profitability and achieve yearly financial targets
- Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned by Management
- Bachelor's degree with a strong background in mathematics, finance, or a related field
- 3-5 years of successful trading experience in the FX market
- Proven track record of generating consistent trading profits
- Assertive and independent, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Membership in the Treasury Markets Association (TMA) is preferred
