People Advisor (Generalist Role) Hybrid Working Model (3 days from the office, 2 days from home) Salary up to £33k per annum Esholt, BD17 7RH Bayfields Opticians & Audiologists have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Generalist People Advisor to join our team based at our Head Office in Esholt. As our People Advisor you will play a pivotal part in our People Team supporting the delivery of our 3-Year Strategy.You will have a solid knowledge of employment law as you will be responsible for providing comprehensive ER support to our Practice Managers across our 51 practices. You will be passionate about creating a Great Place to Work for all our teams across the business and will have an active involvement in our projects to drive our engagement levels. Training and Development is a key focus for the delivery of our Strategy, and you will have the opportunity to work closely with the wider People Team to create programmes that drive our success through our period of growth and beyond. We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic People Advisor who is currently working in the capacity of a Generalist People/HR Advisor role and has experience of working within a busy People/HR team. You will have experience of working on multiple caseloads at any one time with a proven track record of providing sound resolution to ER cases. We are a business that is in a period of significant growth, through acquisitions. A knowledge of TUPE would be an advantage for this role, however, full training and support will be provided.
