Your new company You will play a pivotal role in managing human resources functions within our foreign bank. The role plays a critical role in supporting the human resources department by managing various HR functions. This position requires a versatile professional who can handle diverse responsibilities and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Responsibilities

  1. HR Business Partnering:
    • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and align HR strategies with organisational goals.
    • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.
  2. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures.
  3. Compensation and Benefits:
    • Administer compensation and benefit plans.
    • Assist in developing and executing compensation strategies.
    • Handle employee enquiries related to compensation, benefits, and leaves.
  4. Employee Relations:
    • Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts.
    • Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement.
    • Conduct exit interviews and analyse turnover data.
  5. Organizational Development:
    • Support organisational change initiatives.
    • Implement training and development programs.
    • Drive employee performance and career development.
  6. HR Policies and Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate employee records.
    • Assist in policy development and updates.
  7. HR Metrics and Reporting:
    • Collect and analyse HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Prepare regular reports for management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years working experience in Hyman Resources.
  • Proven experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
