About the Role: As our Business Development Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving the growth and success of our People and Organisational Development function. You'll work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement strategic business plans, cultivate strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality services. This is a part time position at 2.5 days per week (0.5 FTE). Pro-rata £55k salary and OTE £80k.
