Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the construction process from start to finish, coordinating all on-site activities
- Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Liaise with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise
- Manage and motivate site teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain the highest standards of workmanship
- Manage material and equipment procurement and deliveries
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates to senior management
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the high-end residential sector
- Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and regulations
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in using project management software and Microsoft Office
- CSCS card and SMSTS certification
- Full driving license
