A leading, multi-billion dollar hedge fund is looking to make a newly created, Senior Compliance Officer hire. The firm have one of the best reputations in the industry and are continuing to grow at an exciting rate. After consecutive years of exceptional performance, there is an increased requirement for specialist hires, such as this. They are looking for a Compliance Officer to join their London team of 10. This hire will initially be responsible for taking the lead in core compliance, developing and building out this aspect of the business. That said, they are a collaborative business and you can expect to be involved in wider aspects of compliance, including advisory, as well as projects across the business. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in compliance within a buy-side firm or investment bank. Core compliance experience is essential and broader generalist backgrounds are preferred. My client has flexibility on budget and will offer a lucrative compensation package to the right candidate. Bonuses at this firm are some of the best in the industry, making up a large % of base salary.
