In this position, you will play a critical role in our clinical operations by managing the procurement process for clinical trials.   • Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clinical operations teams to understand trial requirements and develop procurement strategies.
  • Identify and evaluate potential vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to ensure optimal pricing and service levels.
  • Coordinate the procurement process, including issuing requests for proposals (RFPs), evaluating responses, and selecting vendors.
  • Monitor vendor performance, resolve issues, and implement improvements as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the procurement process.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of procurement activities
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • experience in clinical procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations (e.g., GCP, ICH).
  • Proven track record of successful vendor management and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with procurement software/systems is
