: Ongoing The Role Responsibilities
  • The role is responsible for driving digital sales across main products in an Agile digital sales environment, with a focus on growth and lifecycle marketing to facilitate customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
  • We are looking for someone who is keen on Martech, data and analytics, and processes to build a sophisticated lifecycle program to offer to our customers a delightful, personalized customer experience across all channels.
  • This is the perfect role for you if you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are highly analytical, and are natural at leading new builds by using your problem solving skills.
Business
  • Champion the omnichannel customer acquisition, engagement and retention strategies and collaborate with digital sales squads in driving digital sales
  • Experience in defining, and guiding the lifecycle marketing programme from strategy, technology, processes, and execution of Next Best Actions across the full funnel including acquisition, onboarding, deepening, and customer cross-sell
  • Keen ability to drive agile squads to uncover customer insights, deliver out of the box opportunities and innovation that lead to new digital sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain paid partnerships
  • Drive ongoing optimizations and A/B test strategies to improve our Digital touchpoints, communications and messaging e.g. in app banners, push notifications, eDMs etc.
  • Defines KPIs and manages digital sales data, monitoring performance, and Return on Marketing Insights dashboard of the lifecycle program to drive areas of opportunities
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) for everything relating to digital sales lifecycle marketing that collaborates with the regional teams to implement learnings from APAC insights
  • Development of internal communications to make staff aware of digital deliveries

  • Ensure adherence to bank's legal & compliance requirements.
  • Establish clear and well documented business processes, establish checking & mitigation mechanism to ensure proper implementation.

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Lead the Digital Sales & Marketing squads to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles. Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Other Responsibilities
  • Embed Here for good and Group’s brand and values in Digital Sales & Marketing team. Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures;
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in digital sales in banking or financial services
  • Demonstrated results in improving lead volume, conversion rates, and retention across the customer lifecycle
  • Out of the box and innovative skillset with experience translating into actionable strategies and deliveries.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like Pega, Salesforce, Marketo, or equivalent.
  • Expert knowledge in growth marketing, paid media, A/B tests for campaigns and utilizing customer insights a major plus
  • Other relevant MarTech experience in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Apps Flyer, Adobe Campaign Manager a major plus
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skill – strong communication skills
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills and should thrive in high expectation scenario with many stakeholders to understand the issues related to the decision-making process and reach productive decisions.
