With three prominent London retail stores and an office in Nine Elms, we specialize in providing a premium platform for women to sell their high-end luxury clothes, bags, shoes, and accessories while offering discerning shoppers a curated selection of second hand luxury goods. CSD accepts consignments from fashion houses ranging from super-brands like Hermes and Chanel, to up and coming designers like Jacquemus. The retail stores are located on Marylebone Lane, in Notting Hill, and in Battersea Power Station. Job Description: Consigned Sealed Delivered is looking for a meticulous and experienced Luxury Goods Customer Service Representative to join our team. Y ou will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including email, chat, social media, and phone. You will address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience, all while representing our brand professionally and empathetically Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, social media, and phone, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and resolving product or service-related issues.
- Troubleshoot technical problems with online platforms, payment processing, and other digital services.
- Provide product recommendations and assistance with navigating our website or app to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
- Handle escalated customer concerns with patience and diplomacy, striving for effective resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members, including sales, logistics, and technical support, to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to accurately assist customers.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute ideas for enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Uphold company values and standards of service excellence in all customer interactions.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of luxury brands would be ideal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for luxury fashion and a commitment to staying up to date with industry developments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in typing and navigating digital platforms, including CRM systems, email, chat, and social media.
