Role: Head of Operations Salary: £85,000 - £95,000 Location : Berkshire, Hybrid (working 3 days from the office, 2 days from home) We are excited to be partnering with a fast-growing medical devices manufacturer, who has already established themselves on an international scale and are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to join their team, and take their operations to the new heights. They have already built a robust e-commerce presence, whilst also continuing to expand within the b2b space. If you are looking to join a scale-up business, with an innovative product and fantastic growth trajectory – this might be the role for you! About the role:
- ownership of the end-to-end supply chain operations, including supply and demand planning, inventory management, warehouse and fulfilment, customer service, and systems and data optimisation.
- coach and develop a team of 5 direct reports, with a total team size of 25 professionals, helping them achieve their full potential.
- improvements across demand accuracy, production capabilities, inventory levels and fulfilment; whilst maintaining a high level of customer service.
- 3rd party manufacturing, logistics and warehousing relationships; whilst identifying and driving improvements to unlock efficiencies and optimisations.
- in-house and external customer service operations, for both B2B and B2C channels, and build effective relationships with key customers.
- experience in end-to-end supply chain operations, ideally within an e-commerce environment.
- communication skills and experience managing relationships with key B2B and e-commerce customers such as Amazon.
- with experience working with planning systems, and driving process improvements.
- managing 3rd party relationships and driving improvements to supply chain operations.
