Head of Customer Supply (London or Amsterdam based)Here at innocent, we're on a mission to make it easier for everyone to get more fruit and veg into their bodies. And that's where this job comes in.what you'll be doing Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, this role will be the driving force behind our Europe customer centric supply chain strategy. You'll provide leadership and direction for our Customer Supply function (you'll have a team of 35, with 3 direct reports) to enable top tier experience to our customers. Your team will be responsible for Forecasting, Demand Management, Customer Service, Regional Logistics & Distribution. This role is can be based in our London or Amsterdam office. Additionally, you'll be responsible for: Developing European wide Supply Chain Customer Solution strategies, staying up to date on industry trends and collaborating across multi-functional leadership teams.Owning the strategic relationship with retail customers on all aspects of service, supply and demand.Setting the vision and strategy to ensure world class standards in customer satisfaction.Develop performance scorecards and joint supply plans that are fit for purpose.Develop, agree and implement our Annual Business Plan, and 3 year LRP customer roadmaps to achieve business growth, strategic service improvements and satisfaction.Communication during issue resolution management with customers and supporting penalties negotiation and support with issues related to quality, service etc.Work with our commercial teams to ensure regular face-to-face business reviews with key customer contacts to obtain performance feedback and customer service requirements.Drive the customer and other stakeholder rating processes and obtain feedback from customers to drive continuous improvement.Work with cross-functional teams to optimise inventories across Europe.Build and lead a high performing European team to help us improve service levels, increasing sales, and reducing supply chain costs.Be an active and contributing member of our Supply Chain Leadership team.you'll haveSignificant experience within supply chain, technical/operational customer support or related areas.Previous experience of leading large teams.Strong ability to influence, cultivate and build strong business relationships across innocent and with our customers.You'll have previously worked in an FMCG or Consumer Goods environment.Good knowledge and experience of inventory planning and forecasting.A strong understanding of supply chain concepts and the impact of demand planning on supply chain performance.Solid experience in leading change and driving continuous improvement.
