Responsibilities:Portfolio Performance:Ensure the health and performance of the Business's portfolio of products, systems, software, and services, including 3rd party items, and assigned Business solutions across the customer journey (initial sales, adoption, utilization, lifecycle, and retention).Monitor and report on the performance metrics of the portfolio, including sales, market share, profitability, and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with Category Leaders and Product Managers to drive problem-solving and optimization strategies.Take ownership of driving commercial success. Defining Portfolio Strategy:Articulate the Business's portfolio strategy in alignment with the Cluster and Business strategy, collaborating closely with the Business Innovation and Program Leader and Category Leaders.Translate requirements from Cluster Strategy (e.g., Suite of Solution Strategy, platform choices) into the Business Product Roadmap aligned with the Innovation Roadmap. Drive Business Level Value Propositions:Develop and drive business-level value propositions for the portfolio, representing marketing in Business Level Product Development Lifecycle Management (PDLM) processes.Ensure perfect launch activities for new products, services, and solutions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experienceMaster's degree from an accredited university, preferably in Marketing or a related field.Over 10 years of experience in Marketing with a focus on portfolio management, preferably in the healthcare or consumer industry.A proven track record of success in developing and implementing portfolio management strategies that drive revenue growth and market share expansion.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to business challenges.Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve goals and objectives.Why should you join Philips?Working at Philips is more than a job.
