HR Specialist - Architecture & Integration

IT & Digital Amersfoort (NLD) Professional - Experienced 32-40 hours Job-ID: 53372 We are seeking an experiencedHR Specialist - Architecture & Integration to lead HR IT architecture and integrations as part of our agile teams. You will be leading the HR IT architecture strategies and maturing our landscape, while also being responsible for co-leading direction of system integrations and delivery of these services through strategic partners, within our agile product team focused on Integration, data usage and data quality. Effective collaboration with various stakeholders, both within the IT department and across HR functions will be critical to your success. On longer term, you will play a crucial role in enabling our global HR transformation over the coming years, leading to more efficient HR processes, enhanced employee experience, and improved data security and compliance.What we askBachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years experience in systems integrations and HR architecture.Strong understanding of HR processes and technology solutions, particularly SAP Successfactors modules & integration centre; ServiceNow HRSD basics. CPI knowledge would be highly beneficialProven track record of setting direction and implementing change. Service Mgt (ITIL) and agile delivery exposure will be strongly beneficial.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
