The IP21 Service Delivery Lead will also be responsible for interfacing with the IP21 business community and other IT teams to:1. Responsible for management of global team management and ensuring adherence to all SLAs/KPIs for IP21, and other data historian applications2. Manage and coordinate change(s) impacting the application portfolio3. Lead incident response efforts within service delivery for any incidents impacting the application portfolio4. Manage overall service delivery supply (Suppliers and DuPont) to deliver against prioritized enhancement and break/fix demand5. Communicate, socialize, and integrate change and release plans with overall release scheduler6. Coordinate change / release testing from through operational readiness testing (ORT)7. Provide consulting by identifying and communicating service delivery implications of changes to business process standardsQualificationsAt least 10 years of relevant functional experienceStrong Knowledge of manufacturing, shop floor, and IP21 application with a mix of Honeywell PHD or Wonderware or OSI PI historiansMinimum of a BS degree in Chemical Engineering or Computer Science or related fieldJoin our Talent Community to stay connected with us!DuPont is an equal opportunity employer.
