Describe the responsibilities of this job, required work experience, skills, or education.*BIPREFER ACCA AND MBA IN FINANCE WITH 5 PLUS EXPERIENCED WITH RELEVANT AND SERVICE INDUSTRIES. - RESPONSIBLE ACCOUNTS AND FINANCE FULLY OPERATIONS.-Expertise required, in Accounting, Finance and Taxations, FBR, SRB and Punjab Tax authorities::Following General JD and further JD will discuss at the time of interview.>Oversee the accounting operations of the company and its branches.Operate and Control an organizational structure within the accounts and finance section.To facilitate the achievement of the department's short-term goals and long-term objectivesManage and mentor junior personnel in the accounting departmentSupervise transaction-processing operationsOversee any outsourced accounting functionsMaintain an organized and orderly filing system of all accounting documentsCollaborate with external auditors as neededCoordinate with colleagues to prepare the company's annual reportProduce the annual budget and predict budget forecastsMaintain a comprehensive system of accounting recordsMaintain an adequate system of budgets and controls created to mitigate riskGenerate financial reports periodicallyEnsure the accuracy of the organization's financial results and reportsEnsure that financial reports comply with current accounting principles and financial reporting standardsPublish complete and timely financial statements to company executives, shareholders, and the boardAccount for any budget variances and report significant discrepancies to managementRecommend benchmarks for the measurement of company financial performance goalsAnalyze capital investments, contract negotiations, and pricing decisionsComply with all local, state, and federal tax filings and reporting requirementsFile quarterly and annual reports with the Securities and Exchange CommissionSchedule payments for accounts payable promptlySchedule timely payments for debt repaymentFind and implement reasonable discounts for accounts payable as appropriateEnsure prompt collection of accounts receivableComplete periodic bank reconciliationsMaintain a system of controls over all transactionsJob Type: Full-time, please also reply to the following questions in your CV or cover letter:Application questions you have requested that Indeed ask candidates the following questions:How many years of Accounting experience do you have?How many years of Financial Management experience do you have?How many years of Financial Reporting experience do you have?How many years of Taxation experience do you have?What is the highest level of education you have completed?Job SpecificationTeam Player and Time Management with good track record.ACCA Qualified and MBA in Finance preferably good trace record.
