Company DescriptionBlack Forest Woodwork specializes in supplying wood carvers and professionals with wood species from around the world, as well as S2S wood, burls, carving tools, hand tools, woodworking machinery, custom designed doors, and furniture. The company is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Showroom Manager at Black Forest Woodwork. The Showroom Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the showroom, overseeing customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. The Showroom Manager will be based in Riyadh.QualificationsExperience in customer service, customer satisfaction and customer experienceProven track record in salesExperience in managing showroomsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong leadership qualities and ability to motivate a teamKnowledge of woodworking or related field is a plusBachelor's degree in business, marketing or related fieldFluency in Arabic and English is preferredThe candidate should possess the following skills:Customer SatisfactionCustomer ServiceCustomer ExperienceSalesShowroomsRelevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:Experience with woodworking or related fieldFluency in Arabic and English languages
