We also provide a range of online media solutions based on data and expert content that connect and engage businesses year-round.Job DescriptionAn excellent communicator with solid research skills and experience with creating conference programmes that appeal to food and nutraceutical ingredients audiences, you will build relationships with key research and industry association partners in the food and nutraceutical industry to deliver high quality content experiences.This will involve leading a team of Content Producers to develop conference programmes, source and onboard speakers, create marketing collateral to promote the content programmes, as well as ensuring that content sponsorship targets are met. In addition, you will work closely with brand, marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless collaboration on all content projects.In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:Content programme planning and strategy - Develop and execute an annual Content Programme Plan to deliver content programmes for in-person and online events with a main focus on the content strategy for Fi Europe, Vitafoods Europe and the respective webinar series, based on a combination of customer insight analysis from previous events and current market trends.Production of conference programmes - Lead the Content Producers to produce and deliver validated, editorially sound educational programmes, both paid-for and free-to-attend, in various formats such as online and in-person conferences, webinars, startup challenges, panel discussions, networking and workshop sessions.Content production collaboration - Work with the wider Content team to identify and develop industry-relevant content (reports, videos, interviews, infographics, webinars) to support year round engagement with our audiences.Manage direct reports -Lead and manage a team of Content Producers and Executives, responsible for the production and delivery of online and in-person content programmes.Research & Analysis- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of key subject areas for content programme developmentusing interviews, surveys, and other sources of expert insights.Speaker Acquisition- Source, select and secure the participation of relevant, high-level industry key speakers.Manage the Startup Innovation Challenge - Lead your team to manage relations with the advisory board and relevant partners for the Startup Innovation Challenge - a competition for exciting new startups to pitch at Fi Europe and Vitafoods Europe.Nurturing partnerships - Initiate and build relationships with key content partners within the industry, including associations, startups and food companies.Supporting sponsorship sales - Work closely with the Sponsorship and Sales Teams towards achieving assigned revenue targets for sponsorship revenue related to content programmes, including developing (bespoke) packages and nurturing leads for conference sponsorship.Supporting delegate ticket sales - Work closely with the relevant Marketing Manager towards achieving assigned revenue targets for delegate revenue including developing pricing strategies and ensuring the development of marketing collateral for the delegate campaign is delivered according to plan.Budget allocation and management - Advise as to allocation of the content programming budget and manage content and conference costs. Keep trackers up to date.Champion customer experience - Work closely with the Content Projects Team to ensure meticulous delivery of sponsorship packages as well as execution of all online and in-person content team programmes and features to exceptional standards.Regional content programme support - Support colleagues in our international offices in developing content for regional events if the business need requires.Editorial copywriting- Produce, write and edit engaging industry collateral such as speaker interviews to engage conference delegates.Content commissioning - Brief freelance writers to create relevant and engaging content that can be used to promote the content programme.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years' experience in commercial conference programme production and delivery within the Food & Nutrition industry or similar.Master's degree in a relevant topic.Experience with managing a team is a must.Exceptional EN writing and communication skills. Other languages an advantage.Experienced at managing programming schedules and deadlines.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Strong presentation skills and confidence in public speaking.High level of commercial awareness and be target and deadline driven.Willingness to travel.Additional InformationWhy work at Informa?Employee experience is very important to us at Informa.
