Execution &reconciliationofalltransactionsrelatedtospecial accounts. Ensure allrequestsaredonepromptly&accuratelytoprovidebestserviceleveltoSAPB clients. Solve andhandlecriticalissuesrelatedtoSAPB customers. To assistcustomersinalltheirqueriesonBank'sproductandseeksolutiontotheir requests. Maintain activitiesinaccordancewithServiceLevelAgreements(SLAs)withinternaldepartments/unitstoachieve improvements in turn-around time. Build andmaintainstrong/effectiverelationshipswithrelateddepartments/unitstoachievetheGroup's objectives. Provide timely/accuratedatatoexternal/internalAuditors,Compliance,FinancialControlandRiskwhen required. Ensure checking MOTCsystemregularlytoexecuteSpecialAccount'srequestswithno delay. Handle the end of day reconciliation of SA transactions and send copy with original request along with the bank copy to clients. Obtain specialrateapprovalbasedonclient'srequestsfromtop management. Propose newwaystoimprovetheserviceorprocedureforthePBSA clients Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements including, but not limited to, Group CompliancePolicies andProcedures(AML&CTF,SanctionsPolicy,DataProtectionPolicy,FraudControl Policy, Whistle Blowing Policy, Conflict of Interest and Insider Dealing Policy). Understand andeffectivelyperform yourroleundertheThreeLinesofDefenseprincipleto identifymeasure, monitor, manage and report risks. Ensure systematicgoodoutcomesforclientsinaccordancewithConductRisk policy. Support theframework ofRCSA,KRI,Incidentreportingandremediation,asappropriate,inaccordancewith the Operational Risk Management requirements. Maintain appropriateknowledgetoensurefullqualificationtoundertakethe role. Complete allmandatorytrainingprovidedbytheBank,attain,andmaintaintherequiredlevelsof competence. Attend mandatory(internalandexternal)seminarsasinstructedbythe Bank. Ensure highstandardsofdataprotectionandconfidentialitytosafeguardcommerciallysensitive information. Maintaining utmost confidentiality concerning customer and internal bank information obtained during the course of businessandprovidesuchinformationonaneedtoknowbasisonlytoSeniorManagementofQNB,Auditand Compliance functions, and relevant Regulators. Maintain highprofessionalstandardstoupholdQNB'sreputationandtostrengthenitsmarketleadership position. All other adhoc duties/ activities related to QNB that management might request from time to time QualificationsBachelor degreeUniversityGraduate/preferredwithaMajorinMarketing,Banking,Finance,Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology (related field of study),At least2yearsofrelevantexperience,preferablywithinahighlyratedinternational bank.Required Special Skills Excellent oralandwrittencommunicationskills(includingreportwriting)inEnglish and Arabic. Good interpersonalandpresentation skills. Understanding oftherelevantlaws,regulations,and practices. Ability tomakedecisionsandfollowthroughwith initiatives. Personal integrityandself- management. Planning, organizing,andanalytical ability. Results oriented. Strong analyticalskillsandtheabilitytocommunicatebothverballyandinwritingwithalllevelsof management.
