Project scope: Portfolio Management - All Cards Products

Role:

1. Authorization monitoring

Conduct review on authorization trends, patterns Keep track of the regions trend on the trendImplement portfolio optimization initiatives to improve approval ratesQMR reporting & reconciliationResponsible for regular review of Portfolio dashboard across all productsConduct regular audits in QMR reportingConduct regular audits on all invoices, billings, costing across vendors, schemes, etcGap analysis & System enhancementConduct periodic review of all processes related to cards and identify gap in process, productPropose amendments to bridge gaps.Responsible for conducting User Acceptance Test (UAT) for all cards related projects

Qualifications/ expectations required:

Minimum Bachelors degree in Finance, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field

At least 8 years of experience in product / portfolio management

Excellent analytical skills

Knowledge of financial regulations
