They are currently looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.The ideal candidate will be expected to help them achieve their business and revenue targets through direct sales as well as identifying, developing, and managing relationships with new and existing dealers in the Saudi market. Responsibilities:Manage, maintain, support, and grow relationships with all existing dealers and direct customers as per Regional Head Office strategyImplement Retail and Professional regional strategies directed by the Regional Head Office to increase sales and market share through our dealer channelsSupport Dealer sales activities by continuously training, motivating, and monitoring their performance and recommending areas of improvementIntroduce and manage the Dealer Development Program and Dealer KPIsForecast and manage annual business operating plans to achieve company targetsNegotiate prices, and finalize contract agreements for existing/ new potential customers/dealers in coordination with the Regional Head OfficeAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growthPrepare management reports, competitive market analyses, and dealer performance reviewsExecute strategic selling activities & SWOT analysis for key accounts and dealersAssess dealer market potential in terms of new and existing store locations/ sales channelsMeet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the Head of Sales Regional - Professional/RetailProspect and conduct regular customer field visits to enhance the market coverage according to the market development strategy set by the Regional Head OfficeMaintain and develop existing and new customers/ dealers through appropriate value propositionsBuild and develop long-term relationships and network with senior personnel within key customer accountsAnalyze competitors pricing regularly to benchmark our product positioning in the marketCollaborate with internal teams in the Regional Head Office such as Marketing, Logistics, Service, Retail, Professional, and Product management to ensure alignment of strategies and activities with dealersProvide support and training to dealers to ensure optimal product knowledge and sales performanceFollow up with major special projects for Direct sales (Auto Car Wash)Participate in industry or promotional events (conferences, trade fairs, and networking events) to promote the company and its productsEnsure the regular usage and update of CRMEnsure collection of receivables from customers/dealers Requirements:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing from an accredited university5+ years experience of successful industrial sales experience in the region, preferably in the cleaning machinery industryVery strong communication and negotiation skills, a high degree of commercial awareness, with business acumenHigh degree of initiative, ability to work independently and interact with senior executives including board managementProven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful dealer relationshipsExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills required in English, Arabic is a plusWillingness to travel within KSA and internationally
