Bachelor of Business Administration(Management)NationalityAny NationalityVacancy1 VacancyJob Description About the roleWe are hiring a Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial delivery of cutting-edge hospitality, commercial and residential projects in the stunning ancient city of Al Ula.Duties & Responsibilities:Cost Estimating.Cash Flow Forecasting.Cost Planning, Value Engineering and Benchmarking.Procurement advice.Preparation of Proposals and Consultancy Agreements (Consultancy Services).Preparation of Tenders (including Bills of Quantities), Contract Documents and Sub-Contract Documents (Construction Contracts).Recommendations and Agreement of Advance, Interim and Final Payments to the Contractor.Valuation and Agreement of Variation Orders and Provisional Sums.Project Cost Management and Reporting.Final Account Preparation and Agreement.Project Cost Auditing.Contract Administration and Management.Claims Assessment and Advice/Claims resolution.Follow best professional practice and codes of conduct.At all times, safeguard the interests of the Company and Clients.Key Skills & RequirementsMinimum of 15 years' post-graduate experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager with 5+ years in a Commercial Management position in the Middle East.Must have equal proficiency in delivering Cost Planning and Contract Management services on large-scale and complex projects in the Middle East.Must have a demonstrable ability to excel in client-facing roles. The Commercial Manager should have the professional poise and confidence to present and build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and other key stakeholders.Must have experience working for a Cost Consultant or PMC on a variety of large-scale and complex developments - residential, hospitality, retail, infrastructure etc.Previous experience in Saudi Arabia, specifically in remote locations, is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of CostX measurement software.Demonstrable understanding of the KSA supply chain and extensive knowledge of regional material suppliers.Must have high-level analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and evaluate cost data effectively.Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.Negotiation and teamwork skills.The ability to write clear and precise reports and to relate complex information in a simple way.Qualifications & TrainingUniversity degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or another RICS accredited course.Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).Salary:Subject to experience.Location:Al Ula, Saudi Arabia.Hours:48 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday.Start date:ASAP Company Industry Construction Civil Engineering Department / Functional Area Business Development Keywords Commercial Manager Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
