Serve as a key legal advisor to the senior management team, providing strategic input and advice on all legal matters affecting the company.Lead the legal department in supporting all areas of the business, ensuring legal conformity and minimizing risks.Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and contracts with a keen eye for detail.Ensure the company's compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to the automotive or retail industry, with a particular focus on consumer rights and competitive law.Actively engage and build relationships with external legal firms or networks to support the company's legal needs.Foster a culture of high emotional intelligence within the team, promoting effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Keep abreast of changes in Saudi law and international legal standards that may impact the business, advising on legal strategies and adjustments as necessary.Requirements:A minimum of 15 years of experience in a legal advisory role, with a preference for candidates with experience in the automotive or retail sectors.A law degree from a recognized university, with qualifications to practice law in Saudi Arabia.Demonstrated experience working with independent legal firms or networks.High EQ, with the ability to manage sensitive situations diplomatically and foster strong internal and external relationships.Well-versed in Saudi law, with a strong understanding of consumer rights and competitive law.Proven track record of acting as a business partner, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable business strategies.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Upload your resume and our tool will compare it to the requirements for this job like recruiters do.
