Review the evaluation of internal procedures and supporting documents to ensure that these procedures and documents provide an effective control system, Identify any shortcomings or weaknesses in the control systemsThe Work You ll Do• Review the evaluation of internal procedures and supporting documents to ensure that these procedures and documents provide an effective control system, And to identify any shortcomings or weaknesses in the control systems followed.• Reviewing the concluded contracts from a financial point of view and making sure that there are no items that carry financial obligations by mistake.• Reviewing the accounting system and ensuring the correctness, regularity and accuracy of the accounting data.• Submit periodic reports that show violations that may occur and weaknesses in the internal control procedures that are discovered through documentary review and that cause financial loss if incurred.• Evaluating the financial system and searching for the best ways to enter the system.• Take copies of the departments periodic reports to follow up and correct deviations, if any.• Verify that costs and expenses are correct and that they are within the approved budgets.• Participation in inventory operations (cash money fixed assets inventory).• Reviewing the periodic and annual financial statements before presenting them to the Board of Directors.• Preparing periodic and annual audit reports in accordance with the audit plan.• Reviewing the quarterly, semi-annual and annual financial positions and preparing the reports and data required for the Financial Affairs Department.Job Requirements• Bachelor s degree in Finance/Accounting/Auditing• 10 years experience.• Planning and carrying out external financial and operational audits.• checking the integrity of financial reports, including adherence to accounting and financial standards, and approval of the financial statements.• Assessing compliance with policies and regulations, and recommend corrective measures and improvements.
