CFO Jobs in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia by Talent2 | ArabJobs.com CFOTalent2 - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Posted In 15/8/2013 Apply For Job Applicants 37 Views 5909 Job Description Strategic• Review, analyze, integrate and evaluate the functional performance, achievements, activities, costs, operations to determine progress toward stated goals and objectives.• Facilitate the Board and executive management to understand the business trends, issues and practices in order to improve or develop policies.Financial• Developing, along with other members of the leadership team, key financial objectives that support the company's strategic plans.• Preparation of the financial statements of the company under Saudi Organisation for Certified Public Accountants ("SOCPA") and IFRS including managing relations with the auditors, and including accurate and timely reporting.• Developing appropriate internal controls, policies and processes.• Put in place a strong MIS system and ensure timely and accurate preparation and management of the budget and business plan, controlling the budgets and providing detailed quarterly forecasting and monthly budget variance analysis.Administration• Corporate tax filing, tax compliance and tax planning.• Management of financial, legal and administrative clauses of the project and finance contracts. Follow-up of the covenants and potential events of default under the agreements.
