Marketing Executive

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our client's team. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our recruitment services and build brand awareness.Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to promote our recruitment services Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, search engine marketing) Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities Create engaging content for marketing materials, website, and social media platforms Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve maximum return on investment Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing Requirements Proven work experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms Ability to think creatively and strategically Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field Benefits Salary: negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable)  Contact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.
