Consulting | Salesforce Technical Architect

Responsibilities : Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, industry best practices, and Salesforce platform capabilities. Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Developprehensive technical designs, including data models, integration strategies, and custom development solutions. Provide expert guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and optimization techniques. Oversee the implementation and configuration of Salesforce platformponents, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, and validation rules. Identify areas for process improvement and rmend solutions to enhance system performance and user experience. Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and releases, leveraging new functionalities to drive innovation and efficiency. Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance to stakeholders, project managers, and development teams. The candidate must be inquisitive about the enhancements, changes as part of Salesforce releases, industry changes and motivate team to align with latest trends in the industry and technology Experience Requirements : Bachelor's degree inputer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 8+ years of experience in delivering Salesforce solutions. Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, with a strong track record of successfully deliveringplex Salesforce solutions. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified System Architect, or Salesforce Certified Application Architect. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform features, capabilities, and limitations. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Webponents (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools. Strong understanding of integration patterns and experience with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, etc.). Experience in DevOps processes and tools like JIRA, BitBucket, Bamboo, etc. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quicklyprehendplex business processes and propose effective solutions. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams, providing technical guidance and support. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. Experience with data migration and data management strategies in Salesforce. Expert understanding of Design Patterns and Architectural Styles Integration experience with on-premises systems leveraging platforms such as Mulesoft, Dell Boomi or Informatica Knowledge of Salesforce best practices.
