Our "Cardless EMI" platform powers thispayment option at over 65,000 online merchants (including marquee merchants such asFlipkart, Amazon, MakeMyTrip etc) and has enabled our lending partners (such as HDFC,ICICI, Kotak Mahindra Bank & ICICI Bank amongst others) to rapidly issue over 45 MM+Cardless EMI transacting credit lines to their existing customers.The next phase of Flexmoney's growth is to expand beyond online "Cardless EMI" payments.To that end we are developing a new digital Universal Affordability Platform that enablesomni-channel, seamless multi-lender 3600 embedded finance and associated services acrossevery potential commerce channel and customer touch point (online, in-store/in-branch, tele-sales and agent assisted sales) as well as tailored credit products and deep vertical solutionsfor multiple finance-led aspirational commerce segments (such as Edtech, Travel, Home &Furniture, Insurance, Mobiles, Home Appliances, Health & Wellness amongst others)Job Description:We are looking for a highly motivated senior Sales and Partnership Leader who will lead Sales,Partnerships and Key Account Management for Merchants and Commerce partners for thenext phase of growth. This person will be responsible for leading the Enterprise Sales functionfor the merchant business - this includes direct sales of our Universal Affordability Platformsolution to specific accounts (merchants and marketplaces), vertical specific GTMs andadoption across multiple commerce segments and driving successful licensing partnershipswith key aggregators (PG, POS and QR) and other commerce partners.In addition to direct sales, this person will be responsible for relationship management andrevenue growth of key accounts and laying out and executing on a clear go to market strategyinvolving a combination of direct enterprise sales to key accounts alongside vertical solutionsand licensing-based distribution partnerships of the Universal Affordability Platform.Finally, this person will be responsible for setting and meeting aggressive sales targets as wellas managing and growing monetization of key accounts and partnerships.Key Responsibilities1. Market Mapping, Sales Strategy and Plan Creation & Execution: We expect you tobe able to segment the market landscape to create the appropriate sales strategy,business plan and revenue targets for merchant adoption and monetization across allsegments, and successfully execute on the same with your team.2. Have a Pulse of the Market and Rapidly Identify New Opportunities: You and yourteam will be our eyes and ears in the market as we create this new category of UniversalAffordability. We expect you to have your finger on the pulse of the market across variouscustomer segments and to spot new opportunities and gaps in the market and that wecan develop new products and solutions for3. Direct Sales and Adoption by Key Accounts: Successfully drive sales and monetizationof Flexmoney's UMAP platform across key enterprise accounts and segments as definedby the sales strategy. This will require successfully navigating large enterprise accountsto drive to closure4. Build a High-Performance Sales Team & Culture: Your role as a Sales Leader will beto attract and build a high performance, metrics driven sales team and culture, that setsaggressive sales targets and exceeds them, including attracting, recruiting, and incentinghigh quality sales talent to the team. This also involves setting up the sales motion,cadence and regular reporting and status updates of your business plan to internalstakeholders (senior management and investors)5. Set and Beat Aggressive Revenue and Sales Targets: You will own the business andsales targets for merchant adoption, monetization and commerce distribution and beresponsible for achieving those targets in a methodical and predictable manner.6. Identify and Close Distribution Licensing Partnerships: In addition to direct sales tokey accounts and segments, you will be responsible for identifying key partnerships,negotiating commercials and driving them to go live with internal stakeholders.7. Build and Deepen Strong Relationships with Key Accounts & Partners: We expectyou to develop strong relationships with C-level and senior executives in our partneraccounts and across the client / prospect networks of merchants and commerce partners8. Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders to Drive Successful GTM: You will beresponsible for driving successful GTM adoption in partnership with internal stakeholders(product, engg, ops, customer success) to achieve your sales & revenue targets.Qualifications• Post Graduate Degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration or related field.• 10-15 years of proven experience in relevant field having dealt with large customers inthe Enterprise Commerce space.• Experience in Merchant Acquiring and managing partnerships a must• Experience with Affordability Solutions is a plus• Capability to understand technology and whiteboard a solution to Enterprise Customers• Collaborative attitude and be adept at working cohesively with your ecosystem such asPre-Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Legal, etc• Excellent customer focus and a strong attention to detail• Strong negotiation and commercial skills and the ability to create a win-win partnershipare critical• Relationship-management, strategic account planning, forecasting, quota attainment,presenting business solutions via sales presentations, short-term, mid-term, and long-team opportunity management.• Have good communication skills and passion to over-achieve the targets.• Managed team of Sales / Relationship management individuals and handled partnerships PRB
