Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Performance Apparel Technical Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise, market fit analysis skills, and entrepreneurial spirit. This person will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of right fit, technical efficiency, and production efficiency in our apparel line. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing team and make a significant impact across multiple functions.Your impact:Analysis:comprehensive market research to identify current and emerging right fit trends in sports apparel.consumer preferences, competitor offerings, and industry technical innovations.market insights into actionable strategies to enhance product relevance and competitiveness.Design:and refine garment blocks and patterns for sports apparel, ensuring optimal fit, comfort, and performance. Expertise to reverse engineer the product and make it production right.to create and evaluate graded patterns as neededwith design and product development teams to translate conceptual designs into technical specifications.advanced CAD software and technical drawing tools to create detailed garment blueprints and prototypes.Optimization:closely with manufacturing partners to optimize production processes and ensure quality control standards are met.opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost optimization without compromising product integrity.technical challenges related to garment construction, materials, and manufacturing methods.We'd love to hear from people with:Degree in Apparel Design, Textile Engineering, or related field.Overall 5+ years of experience in technical design and product development, preferably in the sports apparel industry.in CAD software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Gerber Accumark) and technical drawing tools.understanding of garment construction techniques, fit standards, and patternmaking principles.
