We are on a search for a Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (EA) Licensing Consultant responsible for providing expert guidance and consultation to clients regarding Microsoft licensing agreements and optimizing their licensing investments. This role involves deep knowledge of Microsoft's licensing models, terms, and conditions, as well as understanding clients' business needs to recommend appropriate licensing solutions. The consultant will collaborate with clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with strategic objectives.Responsibilities:1. Documentation and Reporting Preferred Skills:•Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate strongly desired and benefit. • Expert knowledge of Microsoft's licensing models, terms, and conditions, including Enterprise Agreements (EAs), Microsoft 365 subscriptions, and cloud licensing options.• Proven track record of successfully managing complex licensing engagements for enterprise clients, including license optimization initiatives, compliance audits, and negotiations with Microsoft licensing specialists.• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze licensing data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive decision-making and value realization for clients.• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex licensing concepts in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner to diverse audiences, including C-level executives, IT professionals, and legal stakeholders.• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and legal teams, to develop and implement holistic licensing solutions that meet clients' business needs and objectives.• Proficiency in Microsoft licensing tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC), Microsoft Partner Center, Microsoft Product Terms, and License Advisor, as well as third-party license management solutions.• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent licensing engagements, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Additional Requirements:• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, workshops, and training sessions, as required.• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, including staying abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the Microsoft ecosystem.• Strong business acumen and customer-centric mindset, with a focus on driving value and building long-term relationships with clients.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving skills.
