JOB CONTENTTo advise customers on shaping and altering items to suit their preferences / tastes, carrying out the necessary repairs as per customer specifications and delivering the goods on time with a view to offer excellent customer service while enhancing company's image & business and solicit the continued patronage of key customersFunctional ResponsibilitiesAdvise customers on the options available to help shape/ alter the items to suit their requirements/ preferences/ tastes to enable them to make informed decisions on their purchasesOffer customer service of the highest quality by carrying out alterations to clothes as per the specifications given by customers and deliver the goods on time, so as to enable them to enjoy a personalized service and a happy shopping experience.Education/ QualificationHigh School qualification with a diploma or certificate in tailoringExperience2 - 3 years experience in the fashion industryFunctional Skills & Specific Knowledge High level technical knowledge together with knowledge of fabricsCustomer service orientationA confident person with thorough product knowledge & latest fashion trendsPleasant personality and good groomingCommunication and inter personal skillsCompetencies:Achievement DriveFlexibilityTeam WorkingTaking Ownership Serving Customers
