Your key job responsibilities as the Retention Specialist in Cape Town : Develop and implement retention strategies that resonate with our diverse player base Analyse player behaviour and data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for engagement. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create engaging promotions, rewards, and campaigns Craft personalised communication that connect with players on a meaningful level Monitor and optimise player retention metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance player experiences Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to remain at the forefront of retention strategies Requirements for this Retention Specialist job in Cape Town : 3+ Years' experience in a similar role Experience in iGaming and a solid understanding of the iGaming landscape A knack for building and maintaining relationships that last Excellent communication skills and a talent for understanding player needs Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and extract insights Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box A collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic team environment
