Roles and Responsibility

  • English here Upon Joining the CompanyYou will gradually learn your tasks through onthejob training (OJT) while working alongside seniors and supervisors. Your immediate supervisor is an experienced employee who has worked as a Managing Director at one of the Big Four audit firms. Under their guidance you will initially be responsible for legal affairsrelated tasks but depending on your motivation and aspirations you may also be involved in a wide range of duties in other management departments. Main Job ResponsibilitiesManager/Leader CandidateYou will be primarily responsible for legal affairs and various tasks within the corporate department.
    • Review of important legal documents (contracts notifications etc.)
    • Investigation of various laws negotiations with stakeholders internal guidance etc.
    • Renewal of permits and licenses held by the company
    • Matters related to shareholders meetings stocks bonds etc.
    • Handling of important documents such as proposals and applications
    • Establishment revision and management of regulations
    Experience and Qualifications
    • Experience in reviewing contracts such as outsourcing agreements
    • Qualifications such as lawyer or judicial scrivener or completion of a law school program

Minimum Requirements

    • Experience reviewing 10 or more Japanese contract documents per month (minimum 2 years)

Conditions / Benefits

Employment type: Full time Location: Tokyo Chuoku Ginza This is either the head office or the clients office. (For consultant position) Depending on the client remote work options may be available. About 90% of our consultants are currently working remotely. Osaka Office: 249 Hiranomachi Chuoku Osaka City Osaka Prefecture Yodoyabashi PREX 4F Annual Salary: JPY
  • Includes 40 hours of overtime (additional overtime will be paid separately)
Hours: 10:00 19:00 Average overtime hours: Approximately 20 hours. In the case of being seconded the working hours will be in accordance with those of the secondment destination. More than 120 vacations per year including:
  • 2 days off per week (depends on the client)
