ECAD Librarian

Are you looking for a new role working with Computer Aided Design tools to support a leading Aerospace company remotely? PDS Tech is looking for a CAD expert to join our team! Job Title: ECAD Librarian Location: Cedar Rapids, IA (remote) Contract: 12 months Pay rate: $49/hr. (Not a PCB Designer role. The ECAD librarian supports the PCB Designers) General day-to-day: Work from a request queue to create footprints/ cells or schematic symbols. Collaborate directly with engineers and designer for modifications or edits. Not uncommon to work with other teams in Missions Systems Experience: 4-5 yrs exp with degree or 8-9 yrs exp without degree. Looking specifically for experience with CR5000. CAD Library experience does not have to be aerospace. Automotive, electronic, or mechanical background are transferrable. Qualifications:

• U.S. citizen or permanent resident (green card) required
• Must have a passion for accuracy and customer service
• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to demonstrate an ability to continually learn new technologies and processes.
• Experience with ECAD tools required
• Experience with EDM Library is preferred
• Experience with CR5000 Library preferred
