Call Center Representative BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Call Center Representative in Tempe, AZ f(remote) role. Position Title: Call Center Representative Location: Tempe, AZ(Remote) Anticipated Start Date : 05/20/2024. Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 06 Months Contract with Strong Possibility of Extension. - Requirements
- At least 6 months of call center experience
- Strong computer and phone skills. Ability to use web-based computer applications
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and internal personal skills
- Able to manage telephone and chat customer interactions and convey confidence while resolving the customer's issues.
- Professional, friendly demeanor with a customer-oriented attitude. Good communication and listening skills. Able to accept constructive criticism.
- Able to understand and accurately communicate customer's needs, while demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to type 30 wpm
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
