Sr Electrical Engineer - Motorsport Inverter

PDS TECH Commercial is looking for an Electrical Engineer with motorsports inverter experience. #REMOTE must be willing to travel to CA 3-4 times a year Contract - year+ assignment $50 - $60+/HR DOE Responsibilities Develop multiphase inverter for high end motorsport application. From 300kW to 600kW. • Lead hardware implementation • Evaluate circuit board topologies through simulation. • Modelling using Matlab/Simulink or similar. • PCB layout with Altium or similar . • Design, perform and supervise circuit board validation test. Requires

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5-7 years of experience with power electronics and PCB design in high end motorsport i.e F1, Formula E, WEC.
• 10 years of MATLAB/Simulink and PCB layouts including design and validation of circuit board experience
