DISCOVER your opportunity The Distribution Manager will act as the Single Point of Contact between AXA IM Select and its clients in the Philippines and will support the Asia Distribution team in managing clients across other markets in Asia. The role entails managing relationships with clients, servicing client requests and growing the footprint of AXA IM Select with existing and prospective clients in Asia. Your role and responsibilities will include: Relationship Management
- Supporting the team in managing relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Liaise with internal teams and clients to create and roll-out marketing, training, and distribution strategies for existing and new funds.
- New funds: support clients with fund development; ensuring new solutions are in line with client objectives and value-add for end clients
- Existing funds: manage client queries and ensure client reporting is delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
- Sales accountability of volume targets which include assumptions on % penetration of internal managers and net new money on funds within their scope.
- Support the team in managing effective client relationship meetings.
- Strong experience in Distribution, Marketing and/or Product within Asset Management/Unit Linked environment
- Excellent knowledge of the financial markets and products
- Customer orientation
- Outstanding ability to build trust and long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Self-starter, and problem solver, who takes responsibility and with a drive for execution

- Fluent in English and Cantonese
