Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement finance and HR systems using .Net and Java technologies.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and technical problems.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions for system enhancement.
- Document technical specifications and system configurations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in .Net and Java development.
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.Net, Java, J2EE, and related frameworks.
- Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX).
- Experience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
- Familiar with Finance, Treasury, Procurement and HR systems would be an added advantage
- Understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
